Destination Connection

You must create a destination connection to specify where DataSync will store all extracted Sage 200 UK data. This connection points to your data warehouse—a central database where the template will load and organize data received from your source connections.

Create a destination connection

  1. Next to Destination Connections, click New.
  2. Choose the connection type.
    • For scenario 2 – data warehouse and 3 – consolidated, select SQL Server or Oracle based on your Nectari data warehouse platform.
    • For scenario 4 – cloud, select SQL Azure.
  3. In the Connection Properties panel, enter Data Warehouse as the Description.
  4. Enter the Server and Database names.
  5. Enter the Username and Password.
    • For scenario 4 – cloud, use the credentials provided to you.
  6. Click Save.
