KPIs
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) are high-level metrics used to track progress toward strategic goals. KPI visualizations summarize critical data—such as sales, profit, or customer satisfaction—in a clear and actionable format, making it easy to assess performance at a glance.
Well-designed KPI views help teams stay focused, identify variances early, and take informed action based on real-time information.
