Shortcut Keys

The workbook provides several shortcut keys. You can move the active cell, select cells using the mouse or keyboard, and use keyboard shortcuts to edit cell data.

When using the context menu, the workbook always performs an internal copy and paste because it cannot access the system clipboard.

Alt + F5Switch formula referenceToggles between relative, absolute, and mixed while editing a formula.
Alt + =Insert SUM functionInserts the SUM function and selects the previous cell automatically.
Alt + ;Select visible cellsSelects only visible cells in the sheet.
BackClear and editClears the active cell and enters edit mode.
Ctrl + ASelect allSelects the entire sheet.
Ctrl + BBoldApplies bold formatting.
Ctrl + CCopyCopies the selection to the clipboard.
Ctrl + DCopy from aboveCopies the value from the cell above.
Ctrl + DownMove to last rowMoves to the last row in the column.
Ctrl + EndMove to bottom-rightMoves to the last row and column.
Ctrl + HomeMove to first cellMoves to the first cell in the sheet.
Ctrl + IItalicApplies italic formatting.
Ctrl + LeftMove to first columnMoves to the first column, ignoring frozen columns.
