Performance / Reliability

The Performance / Reliability Dashboard provides insights into the efficiency and accuracy of supply chain operations, including supplier and carrier performance, shipment accuracy, and delivery timeliness.

Key Metrics:​

  • On-Time Delivery Rate: Measures the percentage of deliveries received on time from suppliers.
  • Service Rate: Tracks the percentage of orders successfully delivered as expected.
  • Shipment Accuracy: Evaluates the accuracy of shipments based on launched and shipped quantities.
  • Delivery Order Performance: Analyzes shipments by carrier and categorizes them as on-time, delayed, or closed.

Visual Components:​

  • On-Time Delivery (Gauge Chart): Displays the percentage of shipments received on time.
  • Service Rate (Gauge Chart): Shows the overall service performance in fulfilling orders.
  • Delivery Order by Carrier (Bar Chart): Breakdown of delivery performance per carrier.
  • Shipment Performance Table: Details the accuracy of launched vs. shipped quantities by carrier.
  • Reception Performance Section: Tracks supplier reliability but currently encounters a data-loading error.
