Picking Orders Movements

The data model encompasses various metrics related to picking orders, including the count of validated and not validated orders, total parcels, weight, volume, movements not parcelled, stock units, area occupation, and picking time. Views such as Picking Orders, Picking Order Status, Picking Order Movements On-Going, PO Validated, PO Type, PO Performance by week, and Top 5 Product Picked are utilized to provide insights into the system's picking operations and performance.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)​

  • Picking Order Count: The total number of picking orders processed in a given timeframe.
  • Picking Order Validated: The count of picking orders that have been successfully validated.
  • Picking Order Not Validated: The count of picking orders that have not been successfully validated.
  • Total Parcels: The total number of parcels across all picking orders.
  • Total Weight: The combined weight of all parcels in the picking orders.
  • Total Volume: The total volume occupied by all parcels in the picking orders.
  • Movements not parcelled Total CU: The total number of movements that are not associated with parcels in cubic units.
  • Total SU: The total stock units involved in the picking orders.
  • Movements not parcelled Total: The total number of movements that are not associated with parcels.
  • Area Equivalent: The equivalent area occupied by all parcels in the picking orders.
  • Picking Time: The total time taken to complete all picking orders.
