Manage License (Old)
The Manage License allows administrators to view license details, track active users, and manage license activation. Access this page from the Administration menu to see current license use, product/module coverage, and active sessions.
This page displays information for customers using the legacy license model (prior to 2026). See Manage License (New) for details.
Page overview
At the top, you’ll see your Serial Number and a table with key license details for each licensed product.
- Licensed products and modules
- Number of active users and authorized users
- License expiration dates
- Currently logged-in users and the module they are connected through (e.g., Web, Excel Add-in)
License information able
| Column | Description |
|---|---|
| Product | Lists licensed product types such as Full BI and Viewer. |
| Active Users | Shows how many users are currently using the product. |
| Authorized Users | Indicates the maximum number of users allowed under the license. |
| Expiration Date | The date when the license will expire for that product. |
| ID / Username | Displays each user ID and their associated name. |
| Last Accessed At | Shows the most recent time the user accessed the product. |
| Module | Indicates the module being used by the user (e.g., Web, Excel Add-in). |
Modules Section
The lower part of the table displays additional modules included in your license. Examples include:
- OLAP
- Distribution
- ETL Consolidation
- ETL Transformation
- ETL Migration
If a module is available under your license, Yes is displayed in the Module column. If not licensed or not in use, you will see N/A.
Available actions
Use the following buttons in the top-right corner to manage the license:

|---|---|
| Update License | Update and apply new or revised license information. |
| Release License | Release a currently registered license, allowing reuse on another server. |
| Refresh | Reload license and user data to display the most current information. |
