Sample Mode
The Sample Mode feature allows you to design and modify visualizations without fully loading all the data. Instead, it retrieves a sample set of data, improving responsiveness and performance.
This feature is available for Views, Dashboards, and Reports.
When to use the Sample Mode
- Customizing visualization: Create or modify a visualization without needing the full dataset immediately.
- Enhancing performance: Improve responsiveness while adjusting layouts, formulas, or settings by reducing data load.
- Handling large datasets: Useful when working with extensive datasets where full data loading might slow down the process.
- Development environment: Ideal in development environments or sandboxes where testing is focused on view configurations rather than full data analysis.
