Log In

The login page is accessible through the Web Server URL configured during Nectari installation. From this page, you can select a language before accessing the interface and Central Point. The table below lists the available options and fields that are displayed on the Login page.

After login, your session remains active for 36 hours without requiring reauthentication.

Basic authentication

Field/OptionDescription
VersionView the major version number of the application.
ReleaseCheck the release number to identify the minor version in use.
BuildUse the build number for version-specific troubleshooting and feature awareness.
Language SelectorSelect your preferred language from the dropdown. The default language is English.

  • Chinese (Traditional)
Central Point SelectorChoose the Central Point to define which data and visualizations you'll access when logging in.
Domain NameEnter the domain name only if you're logging in with Active Directory authentication.
UsernameEnter your username (e.g., employee ID, email, or custom username provided by the Administrator). Usernames are automatically converted to uppercase.
PasswordEnter your password. Passwords are case-sensitive. After 3 failed attempts, the account is locked—contact your Administrator to unlock it.
Keep me signed inSelect this option to stay signed in, even if you close the browser or tab.
To disable automatic sign-in, log out or clear your browser cookies.
Log inClick to submit your login information and access the Web Interface.
Forgot Password?Click to reset your password if you’ve forgotten it. For more info, view Forgot Password.
Mobile VersionUse the toggle at the bottom of the page to access the Mobile interface.

What is a Central Point

The Central Point is the core repository of the Web Server, comprising both a Windows Shared Folder and a database. It stores all data configurations, data models, command center visualizations, user access, security settings, and everything required to use the Web Server.

Single sign-on (SSO) options

The SSO buttons are visible and accessible on the Login page. To use basic authentication, click Basic Authentication at the bottom of the page, then complete the required fields.
