Opportunity Tasks

The data model includes measures such as Task Completion Rate, Average Task Duration, Tasks Due Soon, Task Completion Time Variance, Tasks Assigned per User, and Task Efficiency Score based on views like Opportunity Tasks, Active Opportunities Tasks, High Priority Tasks, Completed Tasks Summary, and Overdue Tasks. These views provide insights into task-related metrics in opportunities, allowing monitoring of progress, assessment of completion rates, and identification of urgent tasks for effective follow-up actions.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)​

  • Task Completion Rate: Percentage of tasks completed out of total tasks assigned in the opportunity.
  • Average Task Duration: Average time taken to complete a task in the opportunity.
  • Tasks Due Soon: Number of tasks that are due within the next 7 days in the opportunity.
  • Task Completion Time Variance: Variance in time taken to complete tasks in the opportunity compared to the average task duration.
  • Tasks Assigned per User: Average number of tasks assigned to each user in the opportunity.
  • Task Efficiency Score: A score representing the efficiency of task completion based on completion rate and average task duration in the opportunity.
